1. If you are not a valid FanPlus user (giving us an invalid FanPlus account)

2. If you change your Twitter ID during QT form reviewing (We will only check the Twitter ID you entered in the QT form)

3. If you submitted more than one form (Duplicate forms are not allowed. You can still edit the form after submitting)

4. If your form submission is not completed

5. If you entered a private, incorrect, deactivated or non-existent Twitter ID

6. If your Twitter account has less than 11 followers (having 0-10 followers)
